We want you to be happy with your SENSA purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Items that are made to order, personalised or produced specifically according to your selected colour, design or other requirements cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
If a made-to-order or personalised item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
Where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, SENSA will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
For approved change-of-mind returns, return courier costs are for the customer's account.
If SENSA supplied an incorrect item, or an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged on arrival, SENSA will cover reasonable return delivery costs.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed using the appropriate available payment method. Please allow for normal banking or payment-provider processing times before the refund reflects in your account.
Original delivery charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
